Streetlife will be playing at the Bob Kames Foundation Charity Concert/Jazz Festival on Saturday evening April 5th at 6PM. The band will be opening for Chuck Mangione. This event is a charity for high school jazz ensembles and students. For more info: bobkamesfoundation.org
Clear Water Harbor Jazz Cruise

Halloween Blast

New Streetlife CD: A Night in the Park
Streetlife proudly announces the release of it’s new CD “A Night in the Park” (CD40406, T&W Records).
The recording is a compilation of Streetlife favorites taken from it’s “Jazz in the Park” concert on
September 15th, 2005. It retains all the energy and emotion of the performance on a very special
musical evening. Basic tracking was handled by Jacques Sewrey, with mixing done at Beathouse Music
Studios by Jim Reith. Cover design by Jamie Bloomquist of True Design. The CD is

Streetlife with Warren Wiegratz was featured on Plugged In With Kevin Sucher, Time Warner Cable's "live" on-demand program that showcases Milwaukee musicians. The show was taped with a live studio audience March 1, 2004 and is now showing on Time Warner's Wisconsin on Demand (WIoD) channel (1111).
The Best of Charlie Parker
Warren Wiegratz recently finished recording tracks for a new book from Hal Leonard Publishing. The book, entitled "The Best of Charlie Parker," is a step by step breakdown of the styles and techniques of the legendary jazz alto saxophonist. The book was transcribed by Mark Voelpel and includes the complete melodies and solos to 12 of Parker's greatest recordings. All written musical examples feature Warren performing Charlie Parker's parts, note for note, on the included CD of the book. Of his performance, Warren notes that: "It was quite a challenge and learning experience to attempt this project. I am very pleased with the final recording." Jazz recording artist Jide. Warren co-wrote, co-produced, and co-arranged

new album, along with Jide. Warren also performed saxophones,
